His mark is everywhere. If you read the comments after the article, you’ll see that a lot of people think of him as a vandal. Property owners are obligated by the city to clean up graffiti, or the city does it and sends them a bill. So people’s artistic expression can cost other people money.

Big or small, he does them all.
