The Palace of Fine Arts

San Francisco’s Palace of Fine Arts recently underwent a $22 million renovation. Originally built for the 1915 Panama-Pacific Exhibition, it has been rebuilt a couple of times.

A local socialite posed for a publicity campaign benefitting the Palace. Many facts about the Palace are available here.

Many species of birds can be seen in the lagoon: swans, ducks, gulls, coots, herons and many more.

While walking around, we saw a yo-yo genius doing his thing.

This guy is really good.

The Palace of Fine Arts is worth checking out, and it’s free.
