My loyal correspondent was recently in the City of Brotherly Love, and sent these photographs. Richard Simmons, as popular in Philly as he is here, or maybe even more. This one is actually ON the street. I photographed one like it in SF.

This woman’s paintings are very cheerful. This painter has a good-sized studio completely full of paintings, some of them quite large.
